Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or using bk33l. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
Introduction
Agreement Between You and bk33l
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bk33l ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the bk33l website at bk33l.net, including all games, betting markets, account facilities, promotional offers, and any other services offered by bk33l. These Terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of whether they access bk33l from Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, or any other location.
By creating a bk33l account, logging in, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bk33l platform. bk33l reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bk33l. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to your use of the platform, whether written or oral.
Eligibility
Who May Use bk33l
Access to bk33l is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. bk33l reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use bk33l. This requirement is strictly enforced. bk33l does not knowingly allow any individual under the age of 21 to open an account, place wagers, or access any real-money feature of the platform. Any account discovered to belong to a player under 21 will be closed immediately, all pending bets voided, and any balance held will be reviewed in accordance with applicable policies.
Geographic Restrictions
bk33l is intended for use by players accessing the platform from Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to use bk33l. It is the player's responsibility to determine whether accessing bk33l is lawful in their specific jurisdiction. bk33l does not accept liability for any player who accesses the platform in violation of applicable local laws.
One Account Per Player
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one bk33l account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact bk33l support immediately.
Account Rules
Registration, Account Security, and KYC
All bk33l accounts are subject to the following registration and account management requirements. Players are responsible for ensuring their account information remains accurate and up-to-date at all times.
Accurate Registration Information
You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate information when registering your bk33l account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address or mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
Account Security Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bk33l login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. bk33l will never ask you for your password by email, phone, or any other means. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
KYC Verification
bk33l operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud requirements. bk33l may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of a national identity card, passport, or driving licence; proof of address (utility bill or bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the stated timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawals or account closure.
Payments
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
All financial transactions on bk33l are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals processed through the platform. bk33l supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank as payment channels.
Deposit Conditions
- Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
- Minimum deposit amounts apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. bk33l reserves the right to update minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.
- bk33l does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bk33l accepts no liability.
Withdrawal Conditions
- Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to fund your bk33l account and that is registered in your name.
- All active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active rollover will result in the bonus being forfeited.
- bk33l processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times may vary based on payment method, transaction volume, and KYC status.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
bk33l is committed to preventing money laundering and financial fraud. All transactions are monitored. bk33l reserves the right to request additional documentation for any transaction that triggers an internal compliance review. Suspected fraudulent transactions will be flagged and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements
bk33l offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms. Individual promotions may carry additional specific terms which will be stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
New bk33l players are eligible for a 100% welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to one account per household, per device, and per payment method. The welcome bonus is not transferable and has no cash value until wagering requirements have been met. bk33l reserves the right to withdraw or amend the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
Wagering Requirements
All bonuses issued by bk33l are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated at the point of offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each offer. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
Bonus Abuse
bk33l monitors bonus activity to detect and prevent abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated software or scripts to generate wagers; placing matched or arbitrage bets with the primary purpose of clearing wagering requirements without genuine risk. Any player found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be closed.
Conduct
Prohibited Activities and Fair Use Policy
bk33l is committed to maintaining a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk33l platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. bk33l reserves the right to take immediate action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances, where prohibited conduct is identified.
Prohibited Actions
- Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit any game or system vulnerability.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market on the bk33l platform.
- Using proceeds of criminal activity, including money laundering or fraud, to fund your bk33l account or participate in any game or betting activity.
- Attempting to exploit a technical error, software glitch, or pricing anomaly in a manner that is unfair or not consistent with normal gameplay. Winnings derived from exploited errors will be void.
Consequences of Breach
Where bk33l determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in any prohibited conduct, bk33l may take one or more of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the player's account; void any or all bets placed in connection with the prohibited conduct; withhold and forfeit any winnings or bonuses associated with the prohibited conduct; and report the conduct to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk33l shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the bk33l platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or system downtime; inability to access the platform during maintenance or outage periods; errors in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations that are identified and corrected before settlement. In all cases, bk33l's total liability to any individual player shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of commercial fairness. bk33l does not make any representation that the platform is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bk33l complies with all laws applicable to you in your location. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the bk33l support process will be referred to binding arbitration.
bk33l accepts no liability for losses caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, internet service provider outages, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
Updates to Terms
How and When These Terms May Change
bk33l reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bk33l platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. bk33l will make reasonable efforts to notify active players of significant changes via the email address registered to their account, but such notification is not guaranteed and failure to receive a notification does not exempt a player from the revised Terms.
